Agent Assistance Configuration
- Suggested replies: Enable auto-generated first responses using macros and knowledge base articles; agents accept/edit/reject in new tickets.
- Translations: Activate AI translation of ticket content with brand-specific tone/formality prompts.
- Tone shift: Configure composer buttons for real-time reply adjustments (friendly/formal/professional).
- Suggested macros: Set up AI recommendations from macro library based on ticket context.
- Quick answers: Turn on generative AI summaries for knowledge searches in ticket sidebar.
- Enhanced writing: Implement expansion tools for bullets-to-full-replies, language simplification, and style matching.
Advanced Ticket Management
- Conversation summaries: Enable 100-word recaps of comments/internal notes, covering issues, sentiment, actions, and next steps.
- Ticket merging suggestions: Activate context panel recommendations for related tickets (same user, recent timeframe).
- Similar ticket lookup: Configure past ticket matching in context panel for solution reuse.
Intelligent Data Gathering
- Automatic analysis: Enable triage for intent (e.g., refunds), sentiment (positive/negative), language detection (150+ languages), and custom entities (e.g., order IDs, products).
- Automation triggers: Populate custom fields, add tags, and link to workflows using gathered data.
Native Dashboards Setup
- Agent productivity dashboard: Provision access via Admin Center > AI > Dashboards.
Key tabs configuration:
- Usage: Monitor adoption, export to Explore for analytics; no additional setup required post-enablement.
